Forcht Bank: Tim Davis has been promoted to market president of the group's new Barbourville banking group.

Crowe Horwath: Katie Sanford has been appointed as senior staff in Assurance and Financial Advisory in the public accounting and consulting firm's Lexington office.

Health care

Larry M. Elliott D.M.D.: Dr. John M. Falace has joined Dr. Elliott's general dentistry practice at 620 Perimeter Drive, Suite 200.

Lexington Clinic: Dr. Elizabeth Keith Elkinson has joined the clinic's Saint Joseph East Office Park in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Matthew S. Miller has joined the clinic's South Broadway location in the department of gastroenterology. Dr. Suresh Rekhraj has joined the department of cardiology at the Lexington Clinic East location. Dr. M. Jason Zimmerman has joined the department of cardiology at the clinic's South Broadway location.

Law

Reinhardt & Associates: Jeffrey A. Darling and Kim M. Wilkie have joined the Lexington law firm as of counsel members. Darling practices criminal defense, civil litigation and is an experienced mediator. Wilkie practices primarily civil litigation.

The Burley Co-op: The following have been named directors: Thomas Greathouse, Woodford County, District 11; David Chappell, Owen County, District 12; Paul Tucker, Harrison County, District 15; Troy Martin, Robertson County; District 16.

Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky: Susan Rieber has been named to the board of directors of the statewide prevention agency.

Alltech: Nathan Canavera has been named marketing coordinator for the firm's Lexington Brewing Co.

Corman & Associates: Alison Morris has joined the company as marketing director. Dale Nesbit has joined the company's project management team. Todd Debusk has been named a design engineer.

Group CJ: Joel Villaflor has been named vice president of the creative marketing and communications firm in downtown Lexington.

Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance: Mary Beard has been promoted to director of finance/underwriting.

Key Technology: Oscar Minks has joined the company as security technology specialist. He will be responsible for securing the IT networks for Forcht Group of Kentucky and its companies, writing policies for audits and internal procedures pertaining to network security.
