Kentucky Bank: Jeremy D. Brown has joined the bank's lending department as a mortgage originator. He will serve the Eastern Kentucky region, including Morehead and Sandy Hook.
Town & Country Bank and Trust Co.: Allison S. Arnett has been named vice president, private banking officer and banking center manager of the Jessamine County affiliate. Michael R. Slone has been named senior vice president and Jessamine County market manager for the Bardstown-based bank. Don Shannon has been named senior vice president and senior loan officer for the Jessamine County affiliate. Patrick M. Riley has been named senior vice president and chief credit officer. Riley will be based in Jessamine County. Lance J. Lawrence has been named vice president and commercial and residential loan officer for the bank's Versailles office.
Health care
Lexington Clinic: Dr. Robert L. Bratton has joined the clinic as medical director. Previously, Bratton, 45, was chair of the department of family medicine at Mayo Clinic Arizona in Scottsdale. He is a native of Lexington and completed his medical degree at the University of Kentucky and his residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.

Commerce Lexington: Damon Mazza has been named an account executive.
Council on Education of the Deaf: Karen Dilka, a professor in the Department of Special Education at Eastern Kentucky University, has been named executive director for the board of the national coalition-based organization that provides teacher certification and evaluation of university professional preparation programs.
ITNBluegrass: The following have been named to the board of directors for the organization that provides around-the-clock automobile transportation to people 60 and over and visually impaired adults anywhere in the service area: Jeff Koonce, Bill Fortune, Donna Baker, Emma Tibbs, Theresa Thomas, Sheri Trail-Likoy, Sue Weant and Roger W. Parry.
Kentucky Board of Examiners and Registration of Landscape Architects: The following have been elected officers and board members for 2008-2009: Billy F. Van Pelt, Lexington, president; Anthony L. Barrett, Lexington, secretary-treasurer; David M. Burkholder, Louisville; John L. Carman, Lexington; and Lucille B. Carloftis, Livingston.
Association of Equipment Manufacturers: Robert G. Harvell, president and CEO of LBX Co. in Lexington, has been named to the board of directors for the North American-based international trade group for companies that manufacture equipment, products and services used worldwide in the agricultural, construction, forestry, mining and utility fields.
Receptive Services Association of America: Lexington resident Todd Hamilton has been named executive director of the national non-profit trade association whose members include major receptive tour operators and suppliers promoting travel to the United States. The Pikeville native was previously the assistant executive director of the American Volleyball Coaches Association.
Cre8tive Group: Peter Cook has been promoted to senior media developer for the Wilmore-based company.
Osram Sylvania: Eric Montgomery has been named plant manager at the company's Winchester lamp plant. Montgomery will be responsible for operations management of the Winchester manufacturing plant and the general halogen portion of the Juarez, Mexico, halogen operation.
